Shipping Policy

Please double-check that your address is complete and correct to guarantee that your delivery is delivered properly and that you receive it within the time range we advertise. We cannot be held liable for incorrect information if abbreviations are used correctly and spaces are appropriately supplied. We will give a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge if the box is returned undeliverable.

You will be responsible for the original shipping expenses as well as the cost of returning the box to Carrsonic if you refuse any shipments from Carrsonic. Your reimbursement will be reduced by this amount.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. The Carrsonic does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: Every workday, our order cut-off time is 5:00 p.m. (GMT-5) Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (NEW YORK) The order will be handled the same day if it is placed and a credit card authorization is released by 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you order after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, your order will be processed the next working day.
